Five days, five conversations managers tend to put off: the employee who has quietly checked out, a promotion you have to turn down, a disputed rating, a toxic star, and a PIP. After every attempt, AI scores you and shows what worked. Your best scores go on a shared leaderboard.
How it works
A new conversation unlocks at midnight CET. You get up to 3 attempts a day, and the best one goes on the leaderboard.
You play the manager; AI plays the employee. Read the brief — who you're talking to, what happened, what you need to achieve — then start the conversation.
After each attempt, AI scores you and shows what worked and what didn't. Change your approach and try again. Your best attempt counts.
Your best score from each day adds up. Every participant can see the leaderboard, and it updates daily. Maximum: 5,000 points.

5 scenarios
From an employee who has checked out to a formal PIP. The stakes go up every day.
Semyon, a mid-level integrations specialist, has quietly checked out: he takes on nothing beyond his job, and your 1:1s are down to five minutes. His work is still on time and error-free. Your job: name what you see, find out what's behind it, and agree on next steps.
Warm-upAlisa, a data analyst, does strong work and expects a promotion to senior. But her bluntness in meetings with Product gets in the way of working with other teams. There's no promotion this cycle. Your job: say no without hedging, explain why, and agree on what she'll do differently.
ResistanceArtyom, an analyst, comes in to dispute his "Partially meets expectations" rating. He's prepared, and some of his points are fair. Your job: really hear him out, own what he's right about, keep a rating you can stand behind, and agree on the next cycle.
ResistanceViktoria, a Senior PM, has led the team on product metrics three quarters running. But junior PMs are asking to move to other teams: she rewrites their work in front of everyone. Your job: give her feedback and agree on concrete changes without losing her — or the team.
ComplexMark, a key account manager, sent out a contract without checking it, and a key client left for a competitor. Your job: put him on a 60-day PIP — state the facts without backing down, threatening, or making empty promises — and make sure he understands the plan and the criteria.
High stakesScoring
Each day is worth up to 1,000 points. AI scores the conversation on Performance feedback: up to 400 points for the daily mission and up to 600 for three skills. What counts is not what you know, but what you actually say.
Did you get the job done? The brief sets the task — for example, turn down a promotion clearly, or deliver a PIP so the employee understands the plan.
What you say. Facts instead of labels, the problem named plainly, a clear expectation, honest stakes.
How you say it. You hear the employee out, admit what's fair, hold your ground under pressure, and don't push back harder.
How you run the conversation. A clear opening, questions that build on the answers, a plan with steps on both sides, and a date to check in.

Yes. All participants see the full leaderboard with scores. It updates daily.

Russian or English — you choose.
Can I join from mobile?
